We know that to create incredible ice cream, you need great milk and that milk come from happy cows. Our herd are family and we treat them as such.     We stock everything from blocks of bulk cheddar to catering bags of grated cheddar to goats cheese!

    Made by Rich Sauces to a special recipe, with an enriched 60% oil content, nothing tastes creamier.

    How did it come about? We simply listened to our customers and created the creamy quality mayo they want.

    Whipped ice cream is still a favourite in NI - so we offer the very best in ice cream mix. Jersey Gold is 100% Jersey dairy, free of gluten and palm oil, and suitable for vegetarians. This really is the most decadent and creamy whipped ice cream ever!
